Martin Palmer is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on representing individuals and families in personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Palmer graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1998 where he earned his J.D. magna cum laude. Mr. Palmer’s entire career has been spent practicing in the area of personal injury litigation.
Mr. Palmer was once again listed in the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation. This listing is the result of nominations and review by his peers of other practicing attorneys. This is Mr. Palmer’s third such distinction, having been named in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Best Lawyers in America as well.
Mr. Palmer was also recently named a Rising Star in the 2009 edition of Super Lawyers.
Mr. Palmer’s practice encompasses a broad area of personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death, premises liability, trucking accidents, auto accidents, and premises liability. Mr. Palmer’s practice also has a particular emphasis representing victims of medical malpractice.
Mr. Palmer has practiced in multiple venues across the state of Florida. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and the Federal Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Palmer is married with three children.
