Danielle Pollock, Esq.

Danielle M. Pollock is an associate with the firm and practices in the areas of business law and tort litigation. In 2003, Ms. Pollock graduated suma cum laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her bachelors degrees in psychology and criminal justice. Following graduation, Ms. Pollock became ABA certified and worked as a civil litigation paralegal for attorneys in Michigan and Florida. After several years in the legal field, Ms. Pollock decided to pursue her law degree at the University of Florida. While attending law school, Ms. Pollock was awarded a Book Award in Appellate Advocacy and was selected to join the prestigious University of Florida Moot Court team. During her time on the Moot Court team, Ms. Pollock competed in several national competitions and was chairperson for the team’s intramural competition which was presided over by the Honorable John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Pollock graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 and is admitted to practice law before all Florida state courts. Ms. Pollock is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
