Marc Warner, Esq.

Marc Warner is a shareholder with Fisher, Butts, Sechrest & Warner, P.A. Mr. Warner practices in the areas of negligence, medical malpractice and tort litgation. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Warner was Assistant General Counsel at the University of Florida where he provided legal services to the University’s College of Medicine Institutional Review Boards and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees.

Before joining University of Florida’s legal staff Mr. Warner was a civil trial lawyer with the Tampa firm, Fowler White, Attorneys at Law, practicing in the area of casualty defense. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Warner was a United States Naval Intelligence Officer.

Mr. Warner received his juris doctor with high honors in from the University of Florida where he was Senior Symposium Editor of the Florida Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. He earned his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration in 1986 from the University of Florida. Mr. Warner was commissioned Ensign, United States Navy in 1987, following his completion of Naval Aviation Officer Candidate School as a Distinguished Naval Graduate.

Mr. Warner is a member of the American and Florida Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
