Mr. Butts attended and received his professional training at Webber College. He spent his undergraduate years immersed in business-oriented efforts, ultimately graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Butts was later trained as a law professional at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. In 1996, he received his J.D. with honors.
